Giveaway T&C
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to eligible customers who purchase any qualifying Wowens product during the giveaway period. Participants must provide accurate and valid information while placing their order.
2. How to Participate
Eligible customers will automatically qualify for the giveaway after completing a successful purchase of any qualifying product. Cancelled, failed, refunded or fraudulent orders will not be considered.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway will remain active for the period specified on the giveaway campaign page. Wowens reserves the right to modify, extend or end the giveaway where reasonably necessary.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a fair and random selection process from eligible participants. The winner's name will be announced through Wowens' official social media pages.
5. Prize
The prize will be the item or benefit specifically mentioned in the giveaway campaign. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person unless Wowens agrees otherwise.
6. Winner Verification
The selected winner may be required to provide valid order id, coupon code and contact details for verification. If the winner cannot be verified, does not respond within the specified time, or is found to be ineligible, Wowens may select another eligible winner.
7. Disqualification
Wowens reserves the right to disqualify any participant involved in fraudulent activity, manipulation, fake orders, misuse of the offer, or violation of these terms.
8. Order Cancellation or Refund
If a qualifying order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the participant's giveaway eligibility may be cancelled. If a prize has already been awarded, Wowens may require its return where legally permissible.
9. Delivery
Prize delivery will be made to the verified address provided by the winner. Wowens will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including courier or logistics disruptions.
10. Changes or Cancellation
Wowens reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary, subject to applicable law.
11. No Guarantee
Participation does not guarantee that a participant will win a prize. Only the selected and successfully verified winner will receive the advertised prize.
12. Personal Information
Participant information will be handled in accordance with Wowens' Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Information may be used for administering the giveaway, verifying participants and communicating with the winner.
13. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wowens will not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control in connection with the giveaway.
14. Acceptance
By participating in the giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

This giveaway is subject to applicable laws and regulations in India. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
