Refund policy

At WOWENS, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We ensure that every product is carefully packed and checked before shipping. Since our Moringa Powder is a consumable wellness product, we follow a limited return policy for hygiene and safety reasons.


Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged

• Wrong product delivered

• Package received in leaked or tampered condition

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue


Refunds

Once your request is verified, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement product

• Store credit

• Full or partial refund (depending on the issue)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged after delivery

• Change of mind or taste preference

• Orders returned without proof of damage


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
